We are a small, dedicated team, and we appreciate your patience. Kindly allow 1-2 working days for us to process your order with care.
We currently only ship within the UK, but we are working on making International Shipping available in 2024.
All of our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, the trusted courier service.
Whenever possible, we utilise a tracked shipping service to ensure your order's secure delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy
Important notices:
- For hygiene reasons the thongs can not be returned.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, with the exception of faulty items. ZEUS in OSLO is not responsible for any issues regarding return shipping or missing items.
- We currently cannot offer exchanges.
Please take note of the following guidelines when considering a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- All return requests must be made within 28 days of the original purchase date.
- All products must be unworn, with the tags still securely attached.
2. Requesting a Return:
- To begin a return, just drop us an email at info@zeusinoslo.co.uk
- Include your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email, and let us know which items you would like to return.
3. Condition of Returned Items:
- All returned items must remain unworn and in perfect condition, with tags intact, for the return to be accepted.
- Please be aware that we will inspect all items upon return.
4. Refund Processing:
- After we receive and accept your returned items, we'll let you know that we've started processing your refund.
